- Consume Alkaline and Acid-Binding (Mucusless) Foods
Alkaline and acid-binding foods include leafy greens, ripe fruits, raw vegetables, baked or steamed fruits and vegetables, honey, sugar-free jellies, and maple syrup.
These foods are the easiest to digest and do not create mucus-filled obstructions in the digestive tract.
Acid and mucus-forming foods include all meat, fish, dairy, cereals, processed foods, fermented foods, nuts, and seeds.
These foods are difficult to digest and leave pus or mucus-filled obstructions in the intestines and colon.

2. Eat Little Starch
Avoid white flour.
Consume foods like bread, tortillas, or raw cereals sparingly. If they are well-baked or toasted, it reduces their sticky properties and they become easier to digest.
3. Avoid All Meat
Animal flesh is decomposing when prepared for consumption. The release of uric acid and the production of excess mucus are harmful to the body.
4. Skip Breakfast
The body uses freed-up energy to detoxify itself when food is not consumed or digested.
